Hopi Man
Taken in August of 1923 (though some say 1926) at Walpi Village in the Hopi Nation in Arizona. Lange reportedly took this photo while on a trip with her husband, famous painter Maynard Dixon. It depicts a close up of an anonymous Native American man squinting at the bright Arizona sun.
