The Louisville Flood

It’s meant to be ironic for at the time Great Depression and many had calmed to Ohio looking for work, this caused the great Ohio flood of 1937. The people were lined up at a Red Cross relief station, with the sign behind them that almost feels like a mockery. By saying that the American way was the highest standard one could be held to, here you have people being racially profiled and having to rely on charity to sustain themselves.
